Pembroke Park is the newly built housing development on the former site of RAF Eastcote. The project commenced way back in 2008, with the first residents taking occupancy of their houses in December 2009.

Eastcote Residents Association held regular bi-monthly meetings with the site developers, Taylor Wimpy, to deal with arising matters from local residents and other community groups. The development of RAF Eastcote is now very well advanced with nearly 50% of the properties occupied. As they now have their own Residents Association (Pembroke Park Residents Association - PPRA) ERA have discontinued doing regular update reports but still wish to hear about any problems and will still respond, where it can, to concerns.
